"I traveled from Indiana where my bike is serviced at Hoosier HD, to a friend's in Colorado Springs. While enroute an electrical issue came up. All it took was one phone call to Hoosier and within an hour of Outpost opening, I was called by Dave from service and a pick-up was taken care of. From the gal up front, to the service department having it repaired and filling the warranty paperwork, I couldn't be happier. Outpost and Hoosier, orange and black has got your back. "I live in the Springs and when I got home from a trip I found my bike had a oil leak so the next day (Saturday) I called my local HD dealer to see if I could get it fixed. The dealer told me I had to drop it off on Wednesday to get it fixed. I called Outpost and Dave told me to come on in and I could wait for the bike to get repaired. I want to thank HD Outpost for being there for my needs. "

"I was looking for a bike when a good friend of mine told me how you guys take care of the customer. He told me that he might walk in the dealership mad but never leaves that way. I thought maybe it was a joke so off i went to see how you guys treat customers. I got to meet everybody at the store and was treated like a friend not a customer. I told the salesman i wanted this bike with this color. I got a email telling me its in the store now and come on down and pick it up. This is my first new bike and wow did you guys do a good job handing over the bike to me. I want to say that i was treated well by everybody at the store. "Purchased Tri-Glide in June, 2009. As a 30 year rider, this Trike seems to be able to do what I need. Cornering was a little to get used to, but I have to admit it is quite the ride. In 2011 I plan on making a 7,500 mile trip on the Trike, and I am confident that it will be a good trip.

"I searched over 6 states for the color of bike I wanted. My friend says "Let me call some folks". In 5 minutes, I had the color, model and year bike of my dreams. Over the phone, fax and email, Mike got the whole thing ironed out. No horeplay or sales pressure to add stuff I didn't want onto the bike. He got it all together in an expedient manner. Shipped my bike all the way to Oregon, in 5 days!!! IT'S BEAUTIFUL!!! I've had it a little over a week and right at 500 miles. Great customer service and very straight shooting folks. I just wish I lived in Colorado for the service department to do my maintenance."

"My friends and I were headed to Woodland Park to do some Mountain riding and siteseeing. One of my friend told me that my rear wheel had a slight shimmy so we stopped there to have it checked out. Chris and Dave of the service deptment were very helpful and friendly. Told me that it would be okay but should have it looked at when I returned home.
